Introduction

"Catlady Crafts Shop " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from  Catlady Crafts Shop and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.catladycrafts.shop

• All sales are final. If you have a problem with your purchase(s) please feel free to send me feedback. Keep in mind these are handmade items based on my designs, measurements and creative ideas. 

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting catladycraftsshop@yahoo.com
2. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
